How to request your credit reports from the three credit bureaus:

1. Go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com Choose your state and answer all questions.
   


2. Select each credit bureau, and be prepared to verify your identity:
   

   Equifax Credit Information Bureau P.O. Box 105851 Atlanta, GA 30348 Fee- $9.00 per report

   Experian Credit Data Services 2500 Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 230 Maitland, FL 32751 Fee- $9.00 per report

   Trans Union Consumer P.O. Box 1000 Chester, PA 19022 Fee- $9.00 per report

   
   
3. Be prepared with enough paper and ink, to print as many as 35 pages (depending on the extent of your credit history. Fee - N/C if not received free within 12 months .If desired, scores may be obtained, at some cost with a credit card.
